Top Honour goes to Quality Inn & Suites in Val-d’Or. Local business earns another Platinum Guest Satisfaction Award

Val-d’Or, QC (July, 2021) – Choice Hotels Canada’s 2021 Guest Satisfaction Awards have been announced and a local business has received top honours for the ninth year in a row. The Quality Inn & Suites in Val-d’Or has won yet another Platinum Guest Satisfaction Award, recognizing their operational excellence and dedication to superior guest service.

To qualify for a Guest Satisfaction Award, hotels are evaluated using a ranking system that includes key performance indicators such as guest survey results. Platinum winners represent the best of the best and are among the top three per cent of hotels in the Choice Hotels Canada portfolio of more than 330 properties.
